If your postcode begins with the following letters, please get in touch for a price for delivery. Any orders made with this postcode will be charged extra for delivery.

Postcodes: IV, KW, PH, AB or PA.

Delivery is only available to mainland U.K.

Gates:

Single gates: 3 working weeks from order to dispatch.

Double gates: 3 working weeks from order to dispatch.

You will receive a notification once your order has entered production, and a notification from our courier once your delivery has been arranged. You can always change your delivery day at this stage. The company will require your signature on delivery.

Gate hardware and treatment:

For our hardware and treatment products, please allow up to five working days for dispatch. The majority of our products will be dispatched within 24 hours from order if already stocked. You will be updated with estimated dispatch/arrival times via email should there be any delays.

Our gates are packaged with recyclable foam edges to protect the whole outer frame and corners.

We then use a mixture of bubble wrap and cardboard to protect the front and back, finished with shrink wrap to hold it all tight together.

The gates are then dispatched with a careful and reliable courier who keep you updated every step of the way.

In the unlikely event the order has been damaged in transit, the delivery should be checked before being signed for. You should inform the courier of the damage and contact us as soon as possible.

The delivery company will not accept any claim of damage if the order is signed for.

Full payment must be made before product is dispatched.

No customer information is passed or sold onto a third party.
Payment through the website is 100% secure.

Returns

Returns

The gates are a bespoke product made to the measurements requested by the customer. There is no right of return for products made to these specifications.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any products purchased, please email hello@stellargates.co.uk with any issues you have along with images of any faults. We use a third party courier for our gates so you will need to check the condition of the items before accepting.

Our gates undergo a full quality control inspection before being dispatched so any damage caused will have occurred during transit. If damage is found, the customer should not sign for the delivery and let us know as soon as possible about the damage.

If the gates do not match the sizes on the order, Stellar Gates will arrange the collection of the order to repair or replace the gates if appropriate.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure their measurements are correct. Therefore, we can not return or exchange products that are the wrong size due to the customers incorrect calculations.

Gate hardware and stain can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Charges for delivery are not included in the refund.
